Let me give you the basics in terms of how the SOLTEC•HEALTH System works during and after sleep. First, the ZTRACK wrist wearable measures and analyzes your sleep in real-time and determines which stage of sleep you are in or moving into. It does this throughout the entire night.
ZTRACK then transmits to ZGEN which frequencies it should generate. ZGEN then generates those frequencies consistent with that stage of sleep. Those adjusted frequencies enhance either sleep induction, deep sleep, dream sleep, or light sleep. We typically see anywhere from 20 to 40 adjustments per night.
At the end of the sleep session, ZTRACK transmits the sleep session’s data to the SOLTECZ App to display and save the data. What’s really nice about this system is that all you need to do is place ZTRACK on your wrist and turn on the system. Then it’s time to sleep.
