Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your SOLTEC•HEALTH System you may return the product within sixty (60) days of receipt of your SOLTEC System for a full refund, less return shipping costs. In order to receive your refund, you must request a return within sixty (60) days of receipt the SOLTEC System. Transporting the SOLTEC System outside of the USA or Canada will void the 60 day Return Policy and the Warranty.
To request a return, you must contact us directly at [email protected]. Please write RETURN in the subject line and in the body of the email message and include your full name and purchase number. You will be directed to an on-line return form and a Return Material Authorization number (“RMA”) and return shipping label will be provided to you.
Once you have requested your return, you are eligible for a refund less return shipping costs, as long as the SOLTEC System is shipped in the original box or a box provided by SOLTEC and are received within thirty (30) days from the date you requested the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the system is undamaged and approved for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method (minus the shipping and any replacement packaging costs), within the standard payment return period per payment type.
Please note that it may take two weeks or longer after your return is received for the refund to be processed and credited to your account. If you financed your order through AFFIRM, the process can take longer.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank/card statement again.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded for full price. Sale items will be refunded at the sale price.
Warranty
The SOLTEC•HEALTH System consisting of the Z•GEN Magnetic Conditioner and Z•TRACK Analyst is warranted against original defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase, when used for normal domestic purposes. Within this period, SOLTEC HEALTH will, at its sole option, replace any components that fail in normal use. Please contact SOLTEC via email at [email protected] to schedule warranty service.
